• Dangerous goods / hazardous materials

    Goods which are dangerous to transport. This includes, for example, radioactive, explosive, highly inflammable, toxic and corrosive chemicals.

  • Debt collection (Inkasso):

    From the Italian meaning ‘collection, recovery’, Inkasso is a financial term often used in German documents. Used to refer to the collection of outstanding financial receivables, in particular invoices.

  • Delivery note

    With a delivery note the transport company announces the approximate arrival time of the vehicle, the number of articles enclosed as well as the weight and/or volume of the goods to the recipient in advance who can then make the necessary arrangements

  • Diesel floater

    Diesel floaters serve to counter the fluctuating diesel prices. It is an individual agreement between the transport service provider and the customer.

  • Distribution

    (from the Latin: distributio = distribution) Designates all processes which run in the sales channel between producer and seller right up to the end consumer.

  • Domestic transport

    Domestic transport describes the national traffic. It does not go beyond borders and only operates within one country.
