TIMOCOM uses a photo ID procedure to verify your identity digitally. All you need is an official identity document such as a passport or ID card that does not expire within the next three months.
The following steps are completed in the photo identification process:
Enter your email address.
You will receive a confirmation code by email. Enter this code to continue.
Confirm your country of residence. To do this, select either “United States of America” or “All other countries”.
Agree to the privacy policy.
Select the issuing country and the type of your ID document, for example an identity card or passport.
Allow camera access in your browser and hold your ID document up to the camera as shown. Alternatively, you can upload a photo of the document via “Upload document”.
Then hold your face up to the camera and follow the instructions on the screen. Slowly turn your head in a circle once to complete the liveness check.
Your details, your identity document and the recordings are being checked. Once the check has been completed successfully, the identification process is complete.
Registration is an important component of the quality standards that TIMOCOM offers its customers. This serves to ensure good business relationships, because only verified companies can become part of the network of more than 55,000 customers. Once your documents have been successfully checked, registration is completed and you can start doing business in the network.

Please note that only images in JPG, PNG, HEIC or WEBP format are accepted for upload. Each file may be a maximum of 50 MB in size. If you upload a different format, an error message will automatically be displayed. In this case, go back using the “Back” function in your browser window. Upload the documents again in the correct format.
