Tip of the month: How-to when errors or incidents occur

Errors or incidents

It might help if you delete the entire browser history including cookies, when the following errors or incidents occur:

  • The software is uploading very slowly
  • The software is not displaying correctly
  • The upload is running endlessly
  • The screen stays blank when starting the software

If deleting the browser history does not help, then do not hesitate to contact our customer care in the office hours, they are always ready to help.
