Your freight offers will then be visible exclusively to your selected partners, but you can also make them public in the TIMOCOM Freight Exchange if needed.

How Transport Assignment Works in the TIMOCOM Closed Freight Exchange
As usual, create a detailed freight offer including all order details. In the section "Limit publication," select your Closed Freight Exchange.
Only your known transport partners, whom you have previously added, are included in the Closed Freight Exchange. When you publish the freight offer in your Closed Freight Exchange, your preferred service providers automatically receive a notification about your freight offer.

Combine reliability and flexibility. If none of your preferred transport partners respond to your request, you can automatically publish your freight offer in the open freight exchange after a time period of your choosing.

In the freight entry, you as the customer will find the selection option when creating a new freight offer. Members of a Closed Freight Exchange will find the corresponding list in the freight search, where an appropriate filter can be applied.
You can add several thousand participants to your Closed Freight Exchange. The technical limit is currently in the low five-digit range – we are working on expanding this further.
Yes, you can create multiple closed freight exchanges and even connect them with each other, so that requests are initially forwarded to the first, then to the second, third, and so on. Additionally, automatic forwarding to the spot market is always possible.
If the participants of the Closed Freight Exchange are TIMOCOM users, the setup takes only a few hours after the contract is signed. If you also wish to add transport service providers who are not TIMOCOM users, they must first undergo onboarding – in this case, the setup takes several days.
We leave the decision up to you. Based on experience, the easiest way to ensure smooth communication is for you to inform the participants independently. We are happy to support you with onboarding materials for your transport service providers. Upon request, we can also take over communication with the hauliers – provided , they are TIMOCOM users.

Currently, there is no fixed application process. Interested parties should contact TIMOCOM directly. As a rule, the owners of the Closed Freight Exchanges bring their own service providers.
We recommend that you tick the box in the notification settings for "Messages about new offers in a Closed Freight Exchange" to receive. You will then receive an email notification for every new exclusive offer. If this is not desired, you can set the filter for your Closed Freight Exchange via the freight search to view the offers in the TIMOCOM Road Freight Marketplace.
Participation in a Closed freight exchange is free of charge for the service provider. The initiator bears the costs.
