Rate your service providers or customers after completed transport jobs on the TIMOCOM Road Freight Marketplace. With every rating you actively contribute to more trust and transparency within the Marketplace.

How it works
Submit ratings for completed transports
As soon as the unloading date is reached, the involved business partners receive a notification that they can rate each other according to the 5-star system. In order for you to submit a rating, it must be verified that an actual order has taken place. This proof can be provided in two ways within the TIMOCOM Marketplace:
- Quick Deal or
- Transport Order

Company score and individual ratings in the company profile
Your company profile displays the company score, which is calculated based on the service provider and customer ratings. You can also view the average rating for each category as well as comments here. In the company profile of a (potential) partner, we also show you how your company has rated this partner so far. A valuable overview of your past business experiences.

To submit or receive ratings for completed transport jobs, you need to complete a transaction on the TIMOCOM Road Freight Marketplace. Just follow these steps:
Order confirmation: both the service provider and the transport customer must confirm either a Deal or a transport order.
Rating: after a transport order has been carried out, both parties can rate each other.
This ensures that both business partners have actually worked together.
You can rate your business partner from the day after the unloading date. You have at least 44 days plus the agreed payment period to do so. If no payment period has been specified, you have a total of 104 days to give your rating.
When you rate a service provider, you can rate the following categories:
- Communication with dispatch personnel
- Goods loaded and unloaded on time
- Handling of goods
- Handling of documentation
When you rate a transport customer, you can rate the following categories:
- Communication
- Contract fairness
- Payment
Each category is given equal weight in the overall rating score. Sub-categories for which no rating was provided will not be included in the calculation. You can rate all categories with a single click. Additionally, you can write a brief comment for each rating that addresses all categories.
Yes, alongside the star rating, you can add a personal comment. This comment will be displayed in connection with the rating.
It must be ensured that the service provider and the customer have actually carried out an order together, in order to prevent manipulation of the evaluation results.
The company score is calculated by averaging all ratings a company has received, whether they were acting as a transport customer or service provider. After the first rating has been received, it will be visible on your company profile.
Yes, you will automatically be reminded of pending ratings. As soon as it is possible to give a rating, you will receive a notification via the bell in the Road Freight Marketplace. In addition, the contact persons specified in the transport job will receive a notification by e-mail.
If no contact person has been set in the transport order, all users at your company will receive a notification via the bell and an e-mail (provided that they have agreed to this in the settings). One additional reminder notification will also be sent via the bell and e-mail.
There are two ways to find companies for which you have not yet submitted a rating:
- Transport orders overview
- Deals overview
Simply filter by transport orders or Deals that have not yet been rated.
If you are not satisfied with your rating (stars or comment), you can request a one-time correction from the contractual partner. This can be done directly via the detailed view of the transport order or the Deal in the Road Freight Marketplace (‘Rating’ section).
We recommend that you also contact the contractual partner in person to explain the reasons for your request.
Once a rating is submitted, it immediately becomes part of your company score, even if you have submitted a correction request that is still pending. Once the correction has taken place, the company score will be recalculated.
Correction requests must be answered within 7 days.
TIMOCOM acts as a neutral provider, and thus cannot correct or delete ratings. Please contact your business partner directly and request that they correct the rating: this feature is available for every rating submitted.
If you put your contract on hold (as opposed to cancelling it), you will keep all your ratings.
