Dusseldorf, 2011-08-01. After the TimoCom to go service has been successfully accepted in Europe, as of 1st August 2011 TimoCom Soft- und Hardware GmbH offers TC Truck&Cargo ® users - its freight and vehicle exchange - a practical extension: besides receiving information on current freight and vehicle offers via mobile phone, customers can now ask the qualified staff at TimoCom to enter vehicle offers in the exchange for them.

Many freight exchange users know this situation: you're on the road searching for a suitable freight, but you're under time pressure and have no access to the online exchange. In this exact case the TimoCom to go service helps. Here, customers cannot only obtain information on current freight and vehicle offers via telephone, but they can also have their vehicle offers entered promptly in TC Truck&Cargo®. For this service the same hotline as before applies: +49 211 88 26 88 26.

Entering the offers in the exchange

Following the customer's enquiry via telephone, the offers will immediately be entered in the exchange. The advantage of this is that details of the vehicle offered are directly visible in the program for all potential business partners. In order to take action, TimoCom staff only require the relevant information from the partner, such as desired route and description of vehicle. For the comparison of data, customers only have to enter their email address in the company's own transport directory TC Profile® or inform the native speaker experts on the phone. They then receive a confirmation e-mail with the collected data of the corresponding order.

Secure verification of the user

So that TimoCom customers can use this service correctly and in compliance with our strict security policy, a few things need to be considered: for your own identification, please have your TimoCom ID and User ID ready at the beginning of the conversation. Then our customers call +49 211 88 26 88 26 with their authorised mobile phone. They must make sure that the caller ID is activated and that their mobile phone number is registered in TimoCom's transport directory TC Profile®.
