Dusseldorf, July 9th 2013. As is generally known, customers are the best promoters for new brands. That also applies to "Best brands" in the transport industry which readers of lastauto omnibus, trans aktuell and FERNFAHRER have voted for. In the past years TimoCom was already up there with industry giants such as Michelin or Schmitz Cargobull. In 2013, the company from Dusseldorf was voted "Best brand" in the category "Freight exchange" for the fifth time in a row.
If the brand is a fundamental part of the company value, that of Europe's market-leading freight exchange TC Truck&Cargo® clearly increased overnight. On the night of 18th June Christof Thesinga, Marketing Director, accepted the award for best freight exchange 2013 on behalf of the company. "The award reflects the loyalty of our customers. It is not only good for our public image, but also for that of all users who conduct business via our platforms", says Thesinga with delight.
Best brand – recognition and motivation at the same time
The award called into being by ETM publishing recognises the commitment in the development of innovative products and services which make the everyday work of the companies involved in transport easier and more efficient. It was only at the beginning of June that TimoCom had released the new, integrated tracking solution TC eMap®.
"The great thing is that the "Best brand" is selected by readers who make their decision based on the experience with our platform with regard to searching for vehicles and offering freight. There could not be a better quality seal. It is advertising at its best", emphasises the head of Marketing. However, the medium-sized company does not simply see the trophy as recognition, but also as motivation to maintain the good performance and to further improve and built on different processes within the system.
