Our collection service is worth the money!

When customers do not settle their invoices, then not only is it unfair but also quickly threatens a company's existence. This is why our in-house collection department does everything to help those involved effectively.

If a critical situation should ever arise – despite our numerous security measures – the TimoCom safety net takes effect in the form of its own collection service. Any outstanding accounts are pursued by the company's own lawyer Alexander Oebel and his team.

Service has to be paid for

Use this professional service to collect any possible outstanding debts. Naturally our office is furnished with the required official authorisation.

In the case of success, the processing fee of 12.50 € is considered part of the performance-related bonus for our debt collection service concurrent with the German legal guidelines for such charges.
