TimoCom employees pack Christmas presents in summer
Employees and the Management Board support the Christmas packet convoy
Erkrath, Germany, 2016-12-01 - Inspired by an identical initiative the previous year, TimoCom's employees are participating in the Christmas packet convoy of the Round Table Deutschland this year. In the warm summer months, the employees of Europe's largest transport platform started gathering packets shoe-box size - 146 in total.
TimoCom's employees and children were lit by a good star during the summer holidays 2016: the Christmas star. Both young and old asked themselves how they could bring joy to the children far away in Moldavia. In early December the presents packed with love will start their journey on two trucks, with approximately 10,000 more. The packets filled with clothes, toys and durable life dating foods will be delivered between the 5th and 8th December to children's homes and orphanages.
TimoCom not only provides employees and truck driver Jochen Dieckmann for the logistics concerning the convoy. The IT service provider also made a generous donation to the cause. TimoCom will publish further information subsequently during the advent season to increase the anticipation of Christmas.
