2. Telephone interview
Here we have the chance to discuss framework conditions, form initial professional and personal impressions and get a feel for each other via phone.
3. Getting to know each other
We will sit down together in a relaxed environment and exchange ideas, expectations and personal information. This interview helps us discover if the chemistry is right between you and TIMOCOM. Not only that, you have a chance to ask any questions in person.
4. Meeting day
You meet your potential new colleagues in their work environment, so everyone can get a better idea of how things will work. Before you do this, there will be a short recruitment test to help you warm up. The duration of the meeting day varies and depends on the position to be filled. The schedule will also be planned individually and sent to you in advance.
Afterwards you can take a moment to review your impressions of the company and we will consider your application. We promise that we will inform you of our decision just a few days after the meeting day. And if you decide to become a Timo, you can start your individual onboarding program in no time at all.
